GOLDEN FIBER and FABRICS is an ethical clothing and fabrics manufacturer in Bangladesh with a vision to provide the fashion industry with a manufacturing solution to social and environmental issues at the heart of its business.
Textile Receiving Fabrics process is the first step in the production of textiles and involves the inspection, storage, and preparation of raw materials. Textile Receiving Fabrics process is critical to the success of the textile production as it sets the stage for the entire production process and affects the quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of the final product.
This is the major operation of the cutting room when they spread and cut into garments. Of all the operations in the cutting room, this is the most decisive, because once the fabric has been cut, very little can be done to rectify serious defects. The fabric is then cut using specialized cutting machines, such as rotary cutters, straight knives, and laser cutters. The cutting machines are operated by skilled workers who ensure accuracy and precision in the cutting process.
EMBROIDERY & PRINTING
Embroidery and screen printing are two processes that occur only if directly specified by the customer; therefore, these processes are commonly subcontracted to off-site facilities. Screen printing is the process of applying paint-based graphics to fabric using presses and textile dryers.
Textile Sewing is the process of joining pieces of fabric together to create a garment or other textile product. Stitching or sewing is done after the cut pieces are bundled according to size, colour and quantities determined by the sewing room. Sewing machine operators receive a bundle of cut fabric and repeatedly sew the same portion of the garment, passing that completed portion to the next operator.
FUSING & PRESSING
Textile Fusing and Pressing is the process of bonding two or more layers of fabric together using heat, pressure, and a fusible adhesive. This process is often used in the manufacture of clothing, as well as other textile products, to create a permanent bond between the layers of fabric, providing stability, strength, and a smooth finish.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING
Textile Packaging and Shipping is the process of preparing and transporting textiles and garments from the production facility to the customer. Once the textiles and garments have passed inspection, they are packaged in an appropriate manner to protect them during transportation. This may involve folding the textiles, wrapping them in plastic, or placing them in boxes. The packaged and labeled textiles and garments are then shipped to the customer, usually by truck, train, or air. The method of transportation is chosen based on the destination, the size and weight of the shipment, and the desired delivery time.
